$2 ‘Express Fee’!!
Hi, I was wondering what is the $2 ‘Express Fee’ that eBay is charging me, I did not ask for it To be processed express method. They charged me $2 twice on two different payouts. Hope someone can explain that to me.

Mentor2 years ago@leo_the_lion83 That is the fee for having your payouts sent to your linked Debit card.
Go to account settings and change your preferred payout method back to your checking account. >>

Once you choose immediate payment to a debit card then even scheduled payouts are sent to the card and charged the $2 fee,
