1st time seller - shipping cost question

Hello, I am a first time seller and had the shipping as a separate cost through ebay and USPS. I printed the label and dropped it off at USPS but now my total earned is showing the shipping getting taken out. How does that work when the seller paid for shipping?

When a Seller creates a listing, they indicate how much they want to charge the Buyer for shipping.

For example, the Seller lists an pair of shoes for $50 plus $10 shipping. The Buyer sends them $60.

The Seller then uses that $10 to buy a label to put on their Buyer's package.

Hi @hma9-5 The buyer paid YOU for shipping and you used that money to buy the shipping label.
