1st time seller mistake; re: shipping
I sold my 1st item and checked "Apply recommendations" and the weight and box size was way off. I have not received money for the item but I believe the buyer has paid ebay. How can I recall the sale without issue? I think I am suppose to ship by 8/2..

·3 years agoYou would have to cancel the order as out of stock, earn a defect and possible negative feedback.
