$15 or $10 Ad promo not working
I got a message from eBay to try the paid ads programs with a $15 credit for the fees through March 31. I clicked on the link to activate the program and designated several items to have "boosts. " An item sold a few days later and I was charged $3.35 for the paid ad, but not given a corresponding credit. I was on phone with Customer service rep for 40 + minutes and finally requested a supervisor, who sent me the $3.35 credit. Now another item has sold, and I was charged $4.35 but not credited. I am expecting to have $15 total credit during this trial period. Has this happened to anyone else?
