15% off Promotion vs 15% off sending Offers.
Quick question.
When a seller runs a promotion for 15% off and during that promotion period the seller sends an offer to a buyer for 15% off, does the buyer then receive 30% off when the purchase is made or just 15%?

Only one discount can be applied to the purchase.
