1099K Total Shipping cost count as total selling
On the 1099-K form is the shipping cost the buyer pays for included as part of the sale? As an example if you sell some to $100.00 and charge $10.00 to ship it is that counted as you sold something for $110.00 on your total sales. The 10099-K for is confusing to me.

"As Form 1099-K is an IRS information return, it includes the gross amount of all reportable payments within a calendar year, based on when funds settle to eBay, not necessarily when funds are received by sellers. This amount does not include any adjustments, for example, credits, discounts, fees, refunds, or any other adjustable amounts."
Your 1099-K includes everything the buyer paid except any sales tax collected by eBay.
