1099k number is wrong?

Is anyone else's 1099k off by a lot? The 1099k as far as I know should only include sales price + shipping, no sales tax. I downloaded our report for all sales from 2022, and the difference between what is on the report and the 1099k is over $50k. And the difference is not the sales tax.

Any ideas?
