eBay sent me a 1099K I thought that we could do $20,000.00 and 200 sales before getting a 1099K.
They really screwed me up.

eBay didn't cause you any problems. You are required to declare your eBay sales on your tax return whether or not you receive a 1099-K. It's just another piece of paper. We're all required to comply with the tax laws and so is eBay.

Mentor8 months agoWhere are you located? Some states require a 1099-K for less than the Federal threshold.
Some states also have a number of sales as a requirement.
