1099-K for My 2025 E-bay Sales

I have sold 306 items on E-bay for a total 15,556.09 gross sales.Under the Big Beautiful Bill will I be getting a 1099-K from E-bay.

The reporting threshold has changed frequently in recent years. For the 2025 tax year (for which forms are issued in January 2026), the federal threshold is:

More than $20,000 in gross payments; AND
More than 200 transactions within the calendar year

Be aware that your state may have different thresholds.

No because you must sell at least 200 items with a value of at least $20,000. However, your State may have a lower limit for a 1099 so you would need to check your State laws to see if you may still receive one.

Also, not receiving a 1099 does not mean that you do not have to claim your eBay income. The IRS does have other ways of determining this income as some sellers have found out to their detriment.
