    1099 form
                     

    Already received my W2 and would like to start filing. Have not received 1099 form from EBay yet . Can I file without it ? Or is there any way to enter information from it? Don’t want to wait 2 weeks for it to get here ..please help ! 🙂

    Are you sure you will be getting one?  The threshold for 2022 is $20,000, unless eBay took withholding from your payouts  - FL does not have a lower threshold.  

     

    Check here - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/taxforms - if it says no 1099 k form available, you will not be getting one.  You can then use your own data to report your profit.
