You are suppose to declare all sales as income. I believe it is schedule C that you can use to itemize your deductions (selling fees, shipping fees, shipping supplies, storage unit, internet, etc). In fact, some states have a lower threshold for sending out a 1099-K.
You are required to declare your eBay sales on your tax return whether or not you receive a 1099K. If you qualify for receipt of the form, you'll find it by going to your Seller Hub Payments tab and selecting Taxes.
2025 reporting threshold
Gross payments exceeding $20,000 and
More than 200 transactions
Some states have a different threshold from the IRS.
