Mentor9 months agoJanuary 31, 2026 is the last day for eBay to send* sellers their Form 1099-K for 2025.
For tax/calendar year 2025, you will get a Form 1099-K if your eBay sales were both (1) gross earnings $20,000 and over and (2) at least 200 transactions. Those are the federal (IRS) requirements.
IF you live in a state with lower earnings and transaction number thresholds, and your eBay sales meet those minimums, eBay will send* you a Form 1099-K by January 31, 2026.
("*send" -- these days, in the 21st century, eBay no longer sends a paper Form 1099-K to sellers through the mail, unless a seller requests one. The 1099-K forms are available electronically, for download. "Wooden-Flower" gave you the link in the post above.)
