OP2 years agoThank you for the quick reply. I thought I saw Ebay tell me to expect to receive one. I have not met the criteria you have mentioned above. Not sure why I got the message from Ebay. I may have just misread it.

Mentor2 years agoFor 2023 you would only receive a Form 1099 if you had at least 200 transactions valued at $20,000 or more. You must meet both criteria to receive the Form 1099 from eBay.
The limits will be much lower in 2024.
