$1000.00 sent for order never sent item, stalled until after "received by" date
I placed an order on May 2, 2024 for a custom order that cost over $1,000.00, I sent all additional information to complete my order as requested. They strung me along till the "receive by date" had passed so I could not get a refund. They have blocked me from using the message component to contact seller. I have done everything in order to contact ebay and have never been contacted by them. If users can not speak with a living human then you are screwed. The AI message is 100% crap. The sad thing is, is that the same seller is still taking orders, however there are no new reviews from customers for the past two years My order will be 2 years old on May 2, 2026, I guess ebay doesn't care if more people get robbed. I've never had any problems in the hundred's of purchases except this and I can not even speak to anyone at eBay. Hope this never happens to anyone else except those who will place an order with them.
