100 % positive feedback removed
Started eBay selling in 1994 and worked hard to keep my feedback perfect. Now after not using my account for a year, my feedback is 0 %. What happened? How do I get it back? Please help.

Feedback percentage is based on selling/ buying activity over the past 12 months only.
It becomes 0% when there’s been no feedback activity over 12 months.
Your feedback percentage will return to 100% as soon as you receive your next positive feedback from either buying or selling.
