So I bought a 600 dls phone and of course this people don't think 600 dls is a lot for a regular working person, but for me it is, so when the small package arrived this people decided to left it outside my porch and guess what... it got stolen, you will think if is something is small and expensive this people will have a little more security, like request a signature or something, so now I'm screwed since the package was delivered they are not responsible

Sorry your item was stolen. Unfortunately Ebay's Money Back Guarantee does not cover what happens after delivery.
Report it to law enforcement and your post office. You may be able to file a claim with your homeowner's/rental insurance company depending on your deductible.
Maybe find a more secure location for you package deliveries.

OP2 years agoMaybe start implementing requesting a signature when package is more than 300 dls, you are trying to save money on delivery and you don't care regarding the customers package security, never getting anything from ebay, it's the worst service
