$10 off coupon disappears??
Dear Ebay Community. I've been purchasing items on ebay for over 12 years now and I have a question. Recently, every time I go to Ebay webpage a $10 off coupon offer pops up. It says, that if I download the Ebay App I will get a $10 off on any purchase over $50 I believe? So I download the app and the coupon offer is not there!! Why is this happening? Is this a joke??? I could certainly use a coupon right now. Times are tough. Thank you
