·2 years agoThe "bid price" (whatever you mean by that) is irrelevant. When you make an offer your offer is for the amount you are offering (plus s/h as set out to your location in the Shipping section of the listing--which is not negotiable and eBay will ignore any attempt to change it in the text box--and tax if applicable). If the Buy It Now is marked down that applies only if you Buy It Now.
