10 day buyer buffer purchase
Buyer says they are trying to purchase item. They keep getting a seller doesn't allow buyer to purchase items but every ten days.

Tells buyer that CHECK OUT ERROR SELLER ONLY ALLOWS BUYER TO PURCHASE EVERY TEN DAYS

This "restriction" would be in your Account Settings. Under Buyer Requirements, Sellers can automatically block Buyers with feedback of 5 or less from buying a certain amount of items from them every 10 days. eBay states the reason for this setting is "Consider selecting this requirement if you are selling expensive items and don't want to sell over a certain number to any single buyer."
If you go into your Account Settings, you can adjust this setting, but you might want to consider limiting multiple expensive purchases to a new Buyer.
