1 star review got attached to my active listing
I am selling a shoe and a 1 star review from somebody back in 2024 (Not my customer) got attached to my listing. My listing is the only on with this review and other listings for the exact same shoe either show a 5 star rating or no star rating at all. How can I get that review removed from my listing.

Feedback is linked to specific transactions; reviews are linked to products. The same reviews will be linked to any seller's listing of the same product.
A seller's listing is linked to a particular product and its reviews usually by the eBay product ID or by a manufacturer's part number in the item-specifics of the listing.
If you see other sellers selling the same product with different product reviews, those sellers are likely using a different product number.
