1 QR Code for 12 boxes
This is my first time selling on Ebay so I am new at this, I sold 12 boxes and I chose to pay for the shipping which was my first mistake because I ended up taking a loss on what I sold after the 13% fee and $146.82 shipping by Fed Ex, since it was my first time, I did not want to ruin my reputation as a seller so I am taking a loss and do better next time. I am only profitting $84.00. What should I do?

Mentor1 year ago@belmax_54 You can only print ( or use a QR code) for 5 shipping labels per listing. Each QR code is for ONE label that the post office prints for you.
Avoid using Fed Ex. Fed Ex is known for adding LARGE surcharges and billing you later. It appear to cost less but you will be VERY sorry in a month or so when they bill you.
I recommend shipping with UPS and buy the labels on Pirateship.com. They don't have QR codes so if you don't have a printer you'll need to print the labels at the library but it will be worth it the long run. Pirateship will help you dispute surcharges as long as your package weight and size are correct. They also help with insurance claims if needed. The UPS labels cost the same as on eBay so you can set up the listing with UPS calculated shipping> buyer pays
You need to IMMEDIALTELY remove your active listings before someone buys one of these large items with Free Shipping. Go to this active listings page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
Then go to your unsold section here> https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/ended?status=UNSOLD_NOT_RELISTED Revise the shipping and relist.
Also on listings that you have more than one of do NOT show the extra stock or you are going to have upset customers that expect to receive ALL of the items in the listing. If the listing price is for ONE smoke detector then that is what you show a picture of.
The shipping price is even wrong for the electric cord>
https://www.ebay.com/itm/365315159262? You can't ship it for $2. It's going to cost at least $4 and more depending on the weight and distance to the buyer.
You need to weigh and measure your packages and select buyer pays calculated shipping on the listings. If you want to offer "free shipping" Then you have to add the shipping price to the state farthest from you to the item price . You can check shipping costs using this calculator> https://www.ebay.com/shp/calc/rates

Mentor1 year agoAre you saying you want to ship all 12 items in one box with one QR code? If so go here and select all 12 items and generated the QR code.
