Good for you for looking to add videos to your listing!
eBay provides great guidance on this. Right now, you can only add video from your desktop. The video should be in .mp4 or .mov format, with a 150MB limit, or about one minute long. eBay promises that this feature will soon be available in the app, so keep an eye out for that update.
