IS it fair to pay for something that was sent 1 item came of its stand and now they get to send them all back and getva total refund. Im out 200.00 dollars for the shipping

If the buyer filed a returns request for Item Not as Described, did you offer a partial refund for the one damaged item? Buyer can decide if s/he wishes to accept a partial refund, or a full refund, by returning all of the items.
