This is a middle man where someone in say South America places and order, sends it to 1 Aeropost Way in Miami, collects other mail going to say Bogota, Columbia and then sends it down to Columbia in one big container.
Customer placed order, the moment it was delivered to the dock the customer said that the credit card was stolen and I got a chargeback. I went to the AEROPOST website where it gave a whatsapp number. I communicated with an Aaron and showed him screenshots of emails as well as documentation showing customer said card was stolen. I just wanted the package to be refused/returned, they said they don't do that. I asked if they could put a HOLD on the account because I am sure he is doing it to others and they refused.
DO NOT ship to this address, they don't care about you and they won't protect the small American business. SHAME on AEROPOST!
