I didn't get a clear answer from the seller. I don't want the evaluation to get worse, so I made a payment for the time being. I just want to cancel.

Only the Seller can cancel and if you messaged them requesting that a smart Seller will cancel to avoid issues down the road. If they ship and it arrives damaged or is not as described you can return it at the Seller's expense.
