0 feedback buyer scam?
Is there a way for eBay to verify a 0 feedback buyer? They just opened an account the day they purchased the game, now they say the game is not working. Maybe multiple user names but same address?

Mentor3 years agoAny member can have multiple accounts. In fact most sellers have an account for buying and an account for selling. Some sellers have separate accounts for the type of merchandise they sell. Family members in the same household may each have their own account. Or a separate account for purchasing gifts for their family without prying eyes looking to see what they buy. I could go on...
It doesn't matter how much feedback a buyer has, if the item is not as described (for example, not working) invite the buyer to open a return so you can refund once the item arrives back to you.
