I purchased an item, but upon inspection, it turned out to be defective; more than 30 days had passed by the time we checked it. The seller refused to issue a refund or exchange the item for a working one. How else can I demand a refund or an exchange? I simply need a working product.

Mentor1 week agoYou have no options with eBay once the 30 days after delivery has passed.
You should check and inspect the items as soon as they arrive.
You may have other options through your payment processor.
