Mentor1 year agoWhen a buyer places one of your listings in their Watchlist, and has opted into receiving best offers, the listing will be included in Send offers--eligible. You can click on it and see which listings they are. You have a choice of offering a specific $ discount, or a percentage off of the current listed price. The offer is good for 48 hours. During that time, anyone can purchase the item outright.
