This stupid freaking message all over a return. I wanted to make a return and I’m still waiting on EBay to send me the shipping label. Every time (since opening the refund) I try to open the refund page, it takes me to an error screen! I never got any additional email for the shipping label either. Any suggestions?
P.S. it’s **bleep** I can’t talk to a human who could take 3 mins out of their day to send me a something as superficial as a shipping label

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the order details link in the email you received from eBay.
