“See original listing†not functioning
Hello, a seller just accepted my offer, but when I tried to tap the “see original listing†tab next to the purchased item, nothing happens. My intent was to view the item description so I can save the text for my records. Thanks in advance!

The links in the app and mobile mode may be working again -- at least if you have the latest version of the app or if you clear your browser cache, I think. At least they are working for me now, so it might be worth trying again.

Mentor2 years agoIf you are using the eBay app, make sure you have the latest version.
There was a problem with the "view original listing" link in the last version of the eBay app or using a mobile browser, but the link should be working again right now.
If you still have problems, try using a desktop browser or a mobile browser in desktop mode to see the original listing.
