“Item Not Received†Case on a Local Pickup Item?
So I sell my items through local pickup, and always have my buyers give me their 6 digit pickup code to avoid Item Not Received cases. Recently, however, a buyer filed this exact case and won, with eBay citing that I “provided no proof of shipmentâ€.
In that case, what even is the point of a local pickup code, if not to confirm that an item was picked up?

Mentor3 years agoWas the listing listed with Local Pickup, and the buyer picked up the item, and supplied the QR-code or 6-digit code, and you entered it into the transaction? If so, thenI don't understand why your buyer won the case. I suggest contacting ebay customer service.
