Re: keurig coffee maker
Prior to purchase, Seller’s message advised the coffee maker “...in perfect condition.†(I am unsure if I am allowed to attach the message since it would reveal the name of seller.)
I received the item yesterday. While inspecting I found it to be far from in “perfect condition.â€
After exchanging messages with the seller, she advised she would no longer discuss the issue.
Once I contacted eBay, seller sent 11 messages in a 2 hour period.
Seller maintains the unit has been descaled. There's baked-on Limescale in the reservoir.
Seller insists the brown stained filter unit is normal. It is not.
This morning I noticed it is missing to feet/pads.
Seller refuses to accept return and refund money.
