We have no idea what prompted your decision as you didn't elaborate so your post isn't very convincing.
I'm curious as to why you chose to leave feedback only for sellers you had a problem with and none for the over 200 sellers who apparently provided good service.
You might have avoided those negative experiences by reviewing the seller's feedback before deciding to make the purchase. You could have resolved the problems by opening a Money Back Guarantee case within the timelines given.
AS I ALREADY EXPLAINED!!! I could not take advantage of the money back guarantee because it could not be initiated until after the expected delivery date which was exactly 1 month (16 September 2025) later. Shortly after midnight (17 September) I aimed to do exactly that BUT by that time the expected delivery date had changed to 16 October, then 17 October it changed to 16 November, then December, then to where it is now 28 January I think… Can’t tell anymore because I deleted eBay’s app!!! And your A.I. as well as you now keeps referring me to the money back guarantee… That’s irrelevant “I wanted the item,†it was never cancelled or unavailable plus their still selling the item so eBay is explicit in this “SCAM!!!â€
Actually no, there is no explanation in your post. All is says is "Bump eBay." Scroll up to see your original post. There are no other posts from you on these boards here in the community.
No one here is from eBay. This is a member-to-member board, and I am trying to help you. I haven't heard of a situation like you are describing. If the item is still active because there were multiple units available, the expected delivery date will continue to change each day when you look at the active item. However the expected delivery date in your Purchase History should not be changing.
At any rate, it sounds like it's too late to open a case with eBay. You can check with your credit card company to inquire about a chargeback.
I haven't emailed you, I responded to your post. You are subscribed to receive emails when there is a post on the thread you started. You can turn that off here:
