Unable to access or generate eBay API keyset (Production)

Hello,

I recently registered for the eBay Developer Program.

My account status has changed from inactive to active, but I am still unable to use or generate a valid keyset.

On the Application Keys page, it shows that the keyset is currently inactive, and the App ID (Client ID) is not displayed.

I also cannot request another keyset, as I am instructed to contact support instead.

Could you please check my account and enable my Production keyset or allow me to generate a new one?

I am developing a personal project to analyze price differences between eBay and other marketplaces, and I would like to use the Finding API.

Thank you for your post!

We would like to inform you that your production keyset is currently disabled because the eBay Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure Notifications workflow has not been completed. To activate your production keyset, please complete one of the following:

Subscribe to notifications if your application stores eBay user data.
Opt out if your application does not store eBay user data.

Once you complete either option using the links in the overlay, your production keyset will be activated automatically.

Additionally, please note that the Finding API has been decommissioned. We recommend using the Browse API instead:
