TRACKING NUMBER STATUS
The seller creates the shiping label at april 6 but, when the package is at the usps postal office? does the seller or someone else know or can control if ican see or not the tracking updates? Because I asked to the seller about the package more than one time and I don't receive any response. Sorry if Im wrong. Thank you.

·1 year agoPlease do not worry!
USPS is overwhelmed and understaffed.
They are only required to scan upon delivery.
When is the estimated delivery date?

·1 year agoThe estimated delivery sate that Ebay gives you shouldn't change.
Look in your purchase history for the estimated delivery date, not the listing.
If you're looking at the listing, it'll show the date as if you were buying it today.

There isn’t much anyone can do, once the package is handed over to the carrier.
The carrier ties not scan every package at every stop. Some packages don’t get scanned until they reach the destination.
You have nothing to worry about, you have the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
I hope you will read it.

·1 year agoAssuming you're a new buyer, did you see an estimated delivery date when you made your purchase?
There's just about nothing anyone can do until/unless that date passes and you've not received your package.
Once the EDD has passed by a day, you have 30 days to open an item not received case with eBay. Would usually recommend giving it a few more days, however, given the vagaries of the postal service. And sometimes eBay wants you to wait a bit longer if the package appears to be moving through the system.
Also, while waiting, how about reading the Money Back Guarantee which offers good protection for buyers if/when a transaction goes wrong?
