Vtg L Fank Baum Wizard of Oz Framed Prints of Original Illustrations Question
Hi All, I have a pair of framed prints from the Oz series of books that I have several questions about. The Art & Book groups don't seem very active, so am trying here.
The picture frames are 5 1/4" x 7 1/4". The pictures have a high gloss, as though covered in shellac or some form of preservative. The illustrations are prints of originals, two artists and two books. One is cover art.
Can anyone tell me how old the prints are and if they have value? On the back of each is a tag with a number that makes me think they were in a live auction. Any help would be appreciated. Have been curious about these for years.
