Identification help with Art Nouveau dispenser
I’m Hoping to get some help identifying this dispenser. I have found similar designs which are marked as water filters. As far as I can tell, this one does not have any marks. I have also seen similar designs identified as beer crocks but have yet to find anything with this design. Any insight is deeply appreciated.

The pattern is very similar to Weller Pottery's Roma line, although there's no record of them ever producing this kind of beverage dispenser.
