Seldom does a company make only one thing, such as chairs or tables. So when researching it's always helpful to also use the company name with "furniture" rather than a single thing such as "chair". So you get much more information searching with Putnam Furniture.
Putnam Furniture was founded in 1939, and interestingly started the concept of leasing furniture. Here's an interesting article on the company. This chair literally screams 1960s, particularly in that avocado green upholstery. It's obviously a well-made piece, with what appears to be a walnut frame. You could have those straps either tightened or replaced to better support the seat.
