Please Help ID the Maker's Mark on these Cufflinks
These vintage cufflinks have a maker's mark that appears to be a letter S with an inverted V over the top and the tail end of the S has a straight line through it.Thanks

·8 months agoThe marking is for Shields. Here's a photo with the whole Shields marking where you can see the S is the same in style and design. Sorry it's not clearer, it's an old photo.

These may be vintage Swank cufflinks. Is the S mark in a pentagon? (A little blurry) – that iteration was used for Swank karat gold pieces (around 1945). For more info on the Swank brand, see link below.
