We’ll keep an eye on the global shipping landscape and continue to share updates with you as things evolve.
Thank you, as always, for selling on eBay.
Original post 06/20/25:
Due to the current conflict in Israel, most major US shipping carriers are experiencing disruptions in service into the country and Israel Post has declared a state of emergency. eBay is temporarily pausing sales from the United States to buyers with shipping addresses in Israel and Iraq as we cannot ensure that these packages will reach their final destination.
Shipping services on eBay are also temporarily suspended:
- eBay International Shipping (eIS) suspension of service to Israel and Iraq effective June 18, 2025
- USPS suspension of service to Israel, Iraq and Iran effective June 20, 2025
If you have received an order for an item and have not yet shipped it, we recommend refunding the buyer and canceling the transaction (use the “Buyer Address Issue” reason.)
If you have recently shipped an order to Israel, you may be concerned about shipping delays. eBay will automatically protect your seller performance, including:
- Your late shipment rate
- “Item not received” (INR)cases due to late delivery as long as you uploaded tracking before the case was opened, and have a physical scan from the carrier
- Service metrics for open item not received cases
- Removal of negative and natural feedback due to INR
- Out of stock cancellations
If you have recently shipped an item using eBay International Shipping, you are automatically protected once we receive your item at our domestic shipping hub.
We are closely monitoring regional developments and will provide our community updates as the situation evolves.
Thank you for selling on eBay.
