When's the last time anyone spoke to an actual LIVING PERSON on eBay?
I've been trying to get ahold of an agent for the last WEEK and..."crickets"
I had an order canceled by a seller due to him being away for too long and not being able to ship in time. I was "told" by the seller that my money was refunded but, of course, NO ONE on eBay has said anything about it! I try to speak to an agent about the matter and apparently eBay has gone full AI.
I have NO IDEA what's going on with my money here so I was just going to call my credit card company and dispute the entire charge.
Has anyone else here had trouble with this kind of thing...?

As far as talking to CS, it's probably been 10 years since I needed to.

·Aug 11, 2026 at 12:45 AMIf your oder was cancelled a week ago and you still don't have a refund i would offer to contact your payment provider before trying to dispute the charge or anything.
If you paid like this - Bank transfer / direct debit
Then it may take 3–10 business days
