System error for getFulfillmentPolicies and getFulfillmentPolicy
Heya,
We're currently setting up our API on the sandbox environment and all policy endpoints are working fine except for the fulfillment part.
We tried a few ways to create policies and createFulfillmentPolicy returns success with the info of the created policy but the endpoints to fetch the created policy(s) fail:
All of these endpoints return the same error from above:
- getFulfillmentPolicies
- getFulfillmentPolicy
- getFulfillmentPolicyByName
On the other hand, deleteFulfillmentPolicy works with the ID any of the fulfillment policies we created...
Here's an example of our policy (this is one that works on production but we've also tried various different versions)
$policy = [

Everything is working just fine with the production API, we can change and get our fulfillment policies without any issues.
Any help would be much appreciated.

·1 year agoMay 2025 ... still not working. Without the possibility to create new policies, this sandbox is more or less useless 😞

·1 year agoI sadly do encounter the same Issue right now, have you been able to fix this issue?

·1 year agoAT the moment endpoint to createFulfillmentPolicy also failes with "Internal application error.", I cant create fulfilment policy and without it you cant list anything on sandbox as listing require to have fulfilment policy
I cant test anything in sandbox.
is this start working for you ?

·2 years agoAlso having this issue months later. Is there a way to let support know their API is again not working, do they monitor this at all? Seems insane that you can't develop against a working sandbox reliably.. As it is I can't seem to do ANYTHING with the web based sandbox, everything bounces me back to the live login.
