Hi eBay Community Team,
I’m reaching out for help regarding an issue with my eBay account. My account was newly registered, but it was immediately suspended before I had the chance to list or sell anything. I have carefully reviewed eBay’s policies and can confirm that I did not violate any rules.
I attempted multiple times to appeal the suspension, but I have not received any response or resolution. The suspension notice I received referenced error code MC999.
I would like to ask the community for guidance on how to resolve this situation. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, and is there an effective way to get support from eBay to review and reinstate the account?
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

·3 weeks agoAs you already know, Ebay will not tell you the detailed reason why you are a risk to the marketplace.
Any details of the information you provided which matches the details of a deactivated seller may have triggered this action. That might include a shared address or other common factor.

·3 weeks agoThis is a complete guess. But as you appear to be located in Asia, did you have a previous account that was suspended? I am guessing ebay detected an attempt to get around that suspension.

·3 weeks agoMC999 suspensions are hard to overturn. Try googline MC999 and what it means. Given that the suspension occurred immediately, ebay must have had some very sound reasons for it.
Also, from what i have read, coming back from an MC999 suspension is extremely difficult if not impossible.
