Sandbox getInventoryLocations repeatedly returns HTTP 500 / error 25001
Hi, we’re blocked by repeated failures when retrieving inventory locations in eBay Sandbox.

The seller authorization includes sell.inventory. An inventory-item GET succeeded with the same authorization during an earlier run. Token refresh also succeeds, and no transport failure was reported.
Developer Technical Support has acknowledged our case. We already supplied the response body, timestamp and returned rlogid privately, but investigation is still pending.
Has anyone resolved this Sandbox location error? Is there a known service issue or a documented seller-account prerequisite we should check?
We want to preserve the existing test seller and inventory item.
