ReturnPolicy can not be deleted
if I try to post DELETE on https://api.sandbox.ebay.com/sell/account/v1/return_policy/xxxxxxx then the eBay server always responds with this:

If I call GetReturnPolicy or GetReturnPolicies then the policy with the used ID is always present and shown.
I know this policy is used for some InventoryItems. Do I have to remove all references before deleting the policy? The API response is not helpful at all and in the documentation there is no hint whats going on as well^^
