Problem when usuing getDefaultCategoryTreeId endpoint

Hi,

I've started playing around with sandbox API and when I'm using some methods from Taxonomy API I'm getting "no healthy upstream" error in the repsonse (503 Service Unavailable).

Here's some data about my call

Endpoint: https://api.sandbox.ebay.com/commerce/taxonomy/v1/get_default_category_tree_id

Params: marketplace_id: EBAY_DE

Headers: Authorization: Bearer <my_token>

I only get this issue when using endpoints from Taxonomy API category. Endpoints from other API's are working just fine. Am I doing something wrong or is it a problem with ebay's API itself
