Please Help Me Get My eBay Account Reinstated

My eBay account was suspended on May 25, and my payouts have been on hold for over two months. I’m really struggling because eBay was my main source of work and income.
My account was suspended after just 3 returns. I have 89 positive reviews, and I fully refunded those customers. There are currently no open cases against my account. I’ve also worked hard to improve my BBE rate, and my ratio has now gone down.
This situation has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. I’m simply asking for a fair review of my account and a chance to get back to selling. I’m willing to follow all eBay policies and take any necessary steps to improve my performance.
Please, eBay, review my account and help me get reinstated so I can continue running my business. I would truly appreciate any guidance or help from the community.
