How to completely disable/remove seller status and payout method?

I briefly tried selling, added a payout bank account, then changed my mind and deleted the listing. I did not sell anything, I do not want to sell anything again.
I only want to use the account for buying, but eBay refuses to let me delete the payout method. It forces me to keep a bank account linked.
I have zero listings, zero subscriptions, zero balance. There is nothing seller-related active.
Is there any way to fully disable the seller side and remove the payout bank account?
Ebay Support has not helped. Looking for any method to completely revert the account to buyer-only.
