eBay Says My Account Has Contradictory Information but Won't Tell Me What It Is

I'm looking for some advice because I'm really confused about what's happening with my account.
Today I created my very first eBay listing for a Lenovo Legion gaming laptop. A little while later, I received an email saying my selling activity had been temporarily restricted while eBay reviews concerns about my seller account. The email says I need to verify my account within 30 days or it may be suspended.
I immediately called eBay support. The representative put me on hold to review my account. When he returned, he said he couldn't discuss the issue. I asked how I was supposed to resolve it if he couldn't tell me what was wrong. The only thing he mentioned was that there was "contradictory information" on my account. When I asked what information was contradictory, the call was disconnected.
The only changes I made before creating my listing were updating my address and region because I temporarily moved from my home country to the United States for about 2 months now. Everything else on my account is accurate.
I'm genuinely trying to resolve this and verify my account, but I don't know what information needs to be corrected if no one will tell me. Has anyone experienced something similar after moving countries or updating their address? What steps did you take to get your account reinstated?
