Developer Program registration rejected — need manual review (cannot sign in)

Hi eBay Developer team, My eBay Developer Program registration was rejected and I cannot sign in. I submitted the “My account registration was rejected” form twice but have not received any email response. Can a moderator please route this for manual review/unblock? Use case: ReVal is a consumer electronics buyback platform. We need Buy APIs only (Browse API / Item Summary & Details) to analyze recently sold listing pricing signals for internal valuation. Data is used server-side only; we do not display eBay content to users and do not redistribute eBay data. Limited pricing data is retained internally for up to 30 days for fallback, restricted to authorized staff. Thank you.
